From Gruit day
Appearance: low carbonation, minimal head, hazy, gold in color
Smell: apple, hay, and lavendar
Taste: apple, cinnamon, clove, and some mustard taste
Mouthfeel: sweet with slight bitterness, light body, medium-high carbonation
Overall: Tried all the gruits for gruit day and brought home three growlers. This was my least favorite of the bunch, but still great enough for me to buy a growler of. I rarely buy growlers, so for me this is saying something. A really interesting and herbal beer. Super complex. I would get this again.
