From Gruit day
Appearance: moderate carbonation, minimal head, clear, gold in color
Smell: sage, and a bunch of herbs, chamomile.
Taste: sage, rosemary, heather, lavendar, and chamomile
Mouthfeel: sweet and herbal, light body, medium carbonation
Overall: My favorite of the gruits from gruit day and probably one of my favorite examples in the style. This beer is very herbal but still retains a sense of being a beer. Complex, delicious, and one to get again.
