Taste is flowers with herbs, honey, and sugar. Nice and sweet gruit. I prefer other gruits that Mystic does, but this is so drinkable. Will pick this one up again as the bottle went way to quickly.

This was one of my favorites from Mystic. Floral, fruity aroma with lots of citrus--specifically clementines and marigolds. Pleasant mouthfeel with not too much carbonation. Great head--about two fingers--and a lovely golden color. Probably an acquired taste, but I love things like this.

Shared with threelions.
Pours a big fluffy fizzy 2 finger head that fades fairly quickly to a light head covering, lots of sticky lacing, super hazy wired peach apricot colored.
Nose very floral, fresh flowers, dandelion like, marigolds all over, floral with citrus fruit, little apricot stone fruit, touch of orange zest.
Taste tart orange peel, juicy tart citrus like fruit, Clementine, etc. Floral tangy dandelion like marigolds, flowery for sure, rustic earthy flavor, herbal, Elderflowers, etc. Mild lemony notes, lemongrass, etc. Finish dry mild bitter, floral flowery flavours lingering, tart mild funk.
Mouth is med bod, other but decent carb.
Overall pretty nice, interesting, nice floral flowery components but not amazing.

Appearance - A natural apple cider appearance, cloudy
Smell - The beer smells more like a sour than it tastes; there is less of a floral smell than taste
Taste - The first sip is a little overwhelming, but it gets easier to drink as you go on. There are definitely floral notes along with some malty sweetness, but altogether the taste is very unique. The only beer like it I can think of is a rose petal saison I made.
Mouthfeel - The beer has a medium body with low carbonation
Overall - A different beer that's worth drinking for the experience
