Hazy yellow color, almost no head. Aroma is floral with some white stone fruits. Taste follows, quite clean and floral. Overall it's a nice brett beer, not cloying at all.

Poured from a cage/cork bottle onto a large tulip glass.
A - Light straw, golden color. Strong carbonation yields a thin cap, snow white and continuously supported by a steady stream of gentle carbonation.
S - Apricot, and warm leather, early orchard all combine for a delightful nose.
T - Honey, apricot, orange zest, create a fabric of flavors.
F -Surprisingly dry, start and finish. Wonderful feel in the middle, with oils present, light candied sugar, hints of ash with white pepper.
O - What a treat, the offering is refined, and worth exploring.
Cheers all
