Clearly this is a Berliner Weiss but ThatsThatDude being an idiot as usual and adding it as a saison. However, I will review this as a Berliner since that's clear what it is with it stating that right on the label.
Pours a big fizzy airy 2 finger head that fades semi slowly, decent soapy lacing, very hazy bright green tinted pale wheat color.
Nose nice tart sour aromas, big dry grainy bready cracker notes as well, little funky note, creamy soured wheat, hint of a lemony sour apple fruit character, little souring bacteria funk, and maybe a little lactic acid.
Taste is pretty sour, nice lacto like creamy sour, lactic acid, tart lemon funk with a little sour green apple thing as well, mild grainy doughy notes, creamy wheat, cracked toasty wheat, a wash of buttery oak like flavor comes through or buttery from lactic acid not sure. Flemmy finish, with more lactic acid, lemony flavors lingering, fair sour and little grainy bready notes lingering. It also seems to bring a mild bitter grassy fruity hop on the back end which adds a nice little interesting kick.
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, tons of fluffy effervescent carb, mild lactic acid and flemmy finish.
Overall not bad, def comes through as a tart sour Berliner Weiss, nice characters all around, refreshing, but a bit on the flemmy side.

Pours hazy, straw yellow in color with 1/2 inch head. Taste is grass, dry hopping, pepper, and sour mix. Interesting take on a typical saison. Nice combination of sour and semi-bitter and Belgian. Worth a try.

This is a lovely tart saison, tart to the point where some might not say saison, blindly tasting, but I was not blind and when I tasted it, I said, "This is a tart saison."
Modest head, bright color (in the dim light of The Foundry in Noho, Mass), and round, measured flavors into which the tartness settled and so seated was not sharp at all. A well crafted beer. As round--as I keep saying--as something tart can ever be.
Mystic continues to impress.

Foundry Northampton MA.
A- Tap to tulip with a very hazy golden body. Massive creamy two finger head with great retention. Plentiful sheets of lacing.
S- Fairly laid back and simple but effective. Lactic acid and raw wheaty grains. Something like pineapple comes to mind.
T- Follows the nose with the balanced and gentle flavor profile. Gentle lactic acid sours, pale bready wheat graininess, cereal and something hints at stone fruits; which upon further inspection is from dry hopping.
MF- Light bodied overall with medium high carbonation. Falls on the palate with a foamy consistency with a touch of tartness.
Smooth and very drinkable. The balance is really well struck with lactic bugs, hops and grains all joined together greatly. Keep it up Mystic, I feel like their beers display some of the finest craft and brewing skill around New England but get underrated. Consistently releasing some of the most interesting brews around here.

Poured from a recent bottle into a modified pilsner glass.
A - Translucent, straw colored, very active carbonation feeds a steady thin cap.
S - Wheat, light grain bill, a bit of sour note, some lily and lemon.
T - Tart, a wonderful citrus component, and finely developed herbal element.
M - Light in body, carbonation is quick to scrub the palate. a short linger and dry finish.
O - A delightful offering, just tart enough, crisp and refreshing.
