750ml brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Massively dense froth, crystal clear pale yellow hue with loads of pretty bubbles racing to the top. Clean hop resin in the nose with some mild earthy funk. Perfect level of crispness, smooth with a dry light body. Earthy with a mellow funk character, a little juicy tartness and hop resin in the middle. Finish goes nearly bone dry. Crushable, if they could get close to the carbonation level in a can I'd want 16oz tallboys of this. Beers like this are what makes Mystic really shine ... aside from their core beers of course.

Lemony twang and mild Lactobacillus sourness set off this otherwise dull wheat ale.

2016 bottling. No date but recently released in the last few weeks.
A: Pale golden pour with an enormous, very effervescent light tan head. Great head retention with wispy tufts of lacing everywhere.
S: Tart citrusy notes. Lightly grassy at the same time.
T: Huh. Citrusy up front with lots of indistinct sourness following. Lemons mostly I'd say. Light wheat and a crisp, quick finish.
M: Light, crisp and dry.
O: Odd brew. No information about what it's intended to be or what it contains. It's just sort of a randomly sour, lightly hoppy pale ale. Not bad but nothing special.
