Dark amber pour, grapefruit aroma. Thick imperial feel on the tongue. Clean finish, from the taste you’d expect a hazy NE style. Overall a good $20 4pk. I’d do it again

Pours clear, gold in color with minimal head. Taste is lemon and grapefruit. Slightly bitter, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Makes for an above average, slightly juicy ipa.

From a 16oz can with an illegible date stamp on the bottom - something/17. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.
Pours a barely hazed tawny gold with a two finger-plus head of whipped froth. Retention is good and leaves scattered gobs of sticky lacing.
Strong nose of take-n-bake white dinner roll with minor notes of lemon and tangerine.
Taste is bread rolls and jelly, dense and doughy. Some meyer lemon with tacky, overripe melon, fermenting orange juice and mint. Low bitterness, sort of a mess of thick and tacky undifferentiated sticky fruit.
Feel is dense and doughy, medium-heavy bodied owing in part to being under-carbonated. Some boozy, fermented fruit juice warmth in the gullet.
Overall, not awful but a bit of a chore to get through the whole can.

14oz pour at the brewery.
Yup, it's one of those completely hazed over IPAs, no sizeable particulate floating in the brew or on the glass. Has a great looking lace though. Pungent and dank nose and palate, lots of rind and pith. Hints of evergreen, pineapple skin, & guava. Warming, bitter, & juicy.
A good take on this substyle.
