Served on tap at Deep Ellum (Brighton, Mass) as a collaboration, 10th Anniversary beer.
Green hued,light gold color. Light haze. Good head which leaves plenty of ring lace on the glass.
A bit grainy with a soft homebrew-like malt aroma. Light hop nose.
The taste is very much like a homebrew with a solid yeast bite up front. The malt is hidden and the hoppy finish is more pronounced than I expected. Rich body for the style, ample carbonation.
