On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, Vermont.
The appearance was pale yellow paper color, nice and opaque with barely any head atop. Not much lace, semi-speckled and sliding.
The aroma had a superb blend of citrusy juicy to piney notes running over a very light yet clean malt bill.
The flavor was moderately juicy with a poignant bitterness coming from the pine. Still, the bitterness is well welcome and very mobile as it rolled into the juiciness prominently. Mild piney-ness in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fairly nice sessionability. Nice and substantial with a nice carbonation about it - wasn't low or wasn't overbearing. ABV felt on par.
Overall, I thought I read somewhere that this was a saison, but honestly, I'd say this works more as an AIPA and very well done. The dry hopping was an extremely nice addition to this!
