I have decided to do things differently and blind taste the beer. I have no clue who makes it or what it is. The beer has a one finger bright white head that is foamy and creamy. The head has good retention and left lacing on the glass as it dissipated slowly. The color of the beer is SRM 4 a pale straw yellow with a touch of gold. The clarity of the beer is hazy with carbonation bubbles.
The drive-by aromas are lemons and grass. The main body of the beer is juicy hops aromas of oranges and tropical with biscuit notes. Lastly, I can detect floral and phenols.
The initial flavors are grapefruit, lemons, and grass. The primary flavor of the beer is oranges, biscuit, tropical, and phenols. In the finish, I get solvent, herbal, and floral esters flavors.
The mouthfeel of the beer is astringent and crisp.
The mouthfeel of the beer is medium, high carbonation, and a full finish.
The beer has excellent IPA properties. The hops in the beer are bright, crisp and clean. The malt backbone is firm yet yielding to the hops. The balance in the beer leans more towards the hop profile. The beer is harmonious. I thoroughly enjoyed this beer. The first Mystic Brewing beer.

Milky white gold color. Moderate head with wide streaks of lace.
Smell: Prickly hop front hop bite. Some citrus along with a light pale malt base.
The taste mimics the smell with a biting, prickly hop presence. The malt is less present. The carbonation is very high. The body leans thin. The finish is lip-smacking bitter, leaving the longest of aftertastes.

Has a bit of a creamy mouth-feel, but not enough nose or flavor for a double dry-hop.

Smooth tasting beer that pours a golden, hazy color. The smell is incredible and has a good hop taste with a very subtle bite at the end.

Orange, tangerine, nectarine, papaya and melon. Cracker malt. Creamy, smooth feel. Medium bodied. Soft bitterness, not too sweet. Really good, rounded and balanced IPA. Mystic has been killing it lately.
