Our frappe series continues with the inclusion of lactose and the addition of fruit, but this time we added vanilla too! For this batch we threw Mosaic in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped it with Citra, Ekuanot, and El Dorado. 160 lbs of natural tart cherries colors this beer a stunning peachy haze. A touch sweet, a touch sour, abundantly juicy, with a soft, full-bodied mouthfeel. Holy Frappe!!!
