Can to tulip.
The appearance was a semi-thick milky yellow color with a two finger white foamy head properly dissipating to leave some messy sticky lace. Just a little hill of sustaining head sat in the middle, looked really cool to me.
The aroma had some sweet pine and some smooth bitter orange rind with honeydew notes and a small clipping of white pepper at the far end.
The flavor wanted to yield to the sweetness blending the pine to the orange but seemed to allow a refined soothing bitterness just before the aftertaste occurred. To me, I'd say the aftertaste was semi-bitter with some crisp spice from the white pepper.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation, seemed somewhat low like a New England styled one. Love the finish - pure honeydew sweetness with mellow sweet pine needles and touch of floral bitterness.
Overall, AIPA or NEIPA, not so sure but whatever this wants to be, I'm just gonna toss out my "give-a-fuck-o-meter" and want a lot more of this for the rest of the Summer!

Can from the brewery. Hazy lemon yellow with a frothy white head that slowly recedes. Hop aromas of earthy grassy tropical and citrus fruits a bits of bready malt to back it up .

Pours a hazy, vibrant straw color with three fingers of off-white head that dissipate unevenly to leave nice peaks and decent lacing.
It has a spring melon aroma (honeydew mostly) with some white pepper and distant tropical fruit behind.
Nice, semi-sweet taste that largely follows the nose, with some grapefruit soda thrown in and just a touch of dull, earthy bitterness in the finish that’s somewhat drying.
Good medium-to-full bodied feel, pretty hefty on the tongue, with slow-building peppery carbonation that hits upon swallowing.
Really tasty.

Nice pale yellow body. Persistent lacing. Very bright nose - sweet grapefruit juice and some pleasant grassy notes. Taste is a little more muddled - nice flavor but not a ton of nuance or development. Easy enough to drink, but not a crushable 6.3 percent beer like others in the style at similar abv.
