Poured from the bottle into a tulip glass. Batch number 002.
Fleeting white head, settles to a thin topped puck and good collar though. Real nice body color. Opaque. With a glowing body of mixed dominant yellows, touches of orange and even green. Makes for a nice appearance, slightly dull edged, but also a nice puff of smoked carbonation in the middle roaring fast.
Tart accents on the nose, slightly buttery oak with sharp sour peach aromas. Quite large on the fruit, almost tropical, a bit hot sensing, just a bit big sensation that takes a little time to get used to. Solid if a bit overly aggressive for myself personally.
The palate really delivers. Fruit basked peach and apricots really burst forward in the mid palate. Light but playful carbonation, which doesn't interfere with the flavors at all but adds a fun dimension to the mouthfeel. Sticky fruit finish, but aftertaste rinses clean and refreshing. Drinks incredibly fast and easy with the low abv, packed with excellent stoned fruit flavors.
A real solid winner in the wild department.

Clear golden yellow color with white head that fizzes away completely. Aroma has wild yeast funk, a hint of honey sweetness and wood. Taste starts with a honey hint but not really sweet, some fruity/floral yeast notes, wood tannins a slightly bitter finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation and dry feel. Overall it's a quite nice wild ale but nothing really special.

Pours a clear straw in color. Very little pale white head that totally disappears pretty quickly.
Aroma is lightly acidic. Relatively mild, pears and lemon. Hint of oak.
Taste is much more complex. Light acidity, some funk, orchard fruit and oak. A bit of leather and a slight hint of the savory character that often comes with Mystic saisons.
Effervesent and refreshing while also complex. Very light, love the 4.5% abv.
Very nice beer, look forward to future iterations.
