The Agnes Red was served in a standard shaker pint.

The beer is a dark garnet with a beige head.

I like the aroma of malts, pears and some citrus.

It is a nicely hoped red. Caramel malts, piney hop bit and a bit of red apples. It is fresh tasting, balanced and refreshing.

The mouth is yeoman like and a touch oily.

I think this is a nice example of a modern Amber-Irish red.

Appearance- Nice Golden-Red hue, transparent. Small one finger head that dissipates quickly but leaves a decent crown on the beer. Light lacing.

Smell- smells delicious. smells sweet and hoppy

Taste- lovely. delicious caramel and fruit notes, balanced with the flowery hops. yet still refreshing. quite nice.

Overall- I like this beer very much. Wish I lived closer to to Duluth to enjoy this beer more often.
