Solid black with minimal foam on top. A touch of lacing.
Fresh mint leaves, a touch of roasted malt and chocolate.
Roasted malt with a touch of chocolate and some very faint mint in the background. Not much mint at all, but it's noticeable. More for aroma than flavor I guess.
Dry and lighter bodied. Decent carbonation, not heavy at all.
A good beer, but I would like to taste a little more mint in this. Pretty cool that they are attempting beers like this though.
