This was served in a standard straight sided pint. The beer is a very hazy apricot color with an egg shell head. Totally unfiltered looks like a zwickel.
Nice aroma of citrus and milled grains. It is very fresh smelling.
Taste is crisp with moderate bitterness. It is slight grainy with nice back end bitterness. It has a bit of tangerine and pine.
The mouth is well constructed with good balance.
This is a fantastic session beer.
I guess three local brewers collaborated on the recipe and all made their own version of the beer. Nice to see them working together and the results were tasty!
