Bottle conditioned 750 mil stout aged for about a year.
Pours black with a nice chocolate head that lingers on the surface, and clings to the glass.
The initial nose is of dark sugar and alcohol followed by hints of chocolate and cherry.
It hits with flavors of dark fruit and light wood. A flavor of dark cherries is left lingering on the pallet.
It feels of alcohol while being creamy and flowing. It leaves only a slight tingle on the sides of the tongue.
Over all a solid Russian imperial stout.
