Gulo Cubed is a great beer, classified under Wolverine State's "Ferocious Lagers" at a whopping 9.0% ABV, it is their most robust Imperial I.P.L.
Appearance is a clear amber with an off-white head, served in a Belgian glass at the Wolverine State Brewing Co. Tap Room.
Smell is citrus-heavy
Taste is very heavy hops, which I like, but could be overpowering for some. In my opinion, the taste is the best part characteristic of the Gulo Cubed. Grapefruit aftertaste.
Overall a fine beer with a surprisingly smooth delivery considering the power packed inside. Would definitely recommend.
