Billed as a Belgian Stout Lager, barrel aged with cherry juice and spices. Look is black and opaque, with some red at the edges. Not a ton of smell, just light cherry. Taste brings the cherry up front, tart and sweet. The spices fill in, allspice and coriander. Malt and yeast way in the background. The barrel is there faintly. Honestly, the cherry overpowers the beer. For some this may be a good thing, but I'd prefer more balance. Overall very interesting, but I think one is plenty
