A - Has the color and hue of Cherry Coke. Lacing is very thin and carbonation is little to none. Nice clarity and no haziness. Lots of legs on the sides of the glass.
S - Bourbon, maple, caramel with sticky boozy sweetness.
T - Chocolate, maple, bourbon, dark cherry, oak, and ends with dark cherry bourbon vanilla finish.
M - Thick, full bodied, viscous, alcohol effervescence permeates up to the sinuses, sugary sticky on the lips.
O - I wish I had more than one bottle of this, I can only see it getting better with age.
