Served on tap at the Wolverine State Brewery in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
A: Pours a clear, very dark brown, toward black color with ruby highlights, a one finger, tan head, ring and cap plus retention, but more limited lacing.
S: Aromas are molasses, dark chocolate, black coffee, plum, and dark berries.
T: Semisweet to semidry. Flavor pallet similar to the nose. Solid bitterness offset any sweetness.
M: No more than medium bodied with strong carbonation. Creamy but drinks lightly.
O: A delicious and surprisingly light baltic porter.

On tap at the brewery, "Last Runnings" presumably meaning it's the last keg. As I recall, it was brewed at least 6 months ago.
Aroma is intensely roasty with sweet malt and hints of hot coffee and alcohol.
It's pretty much black and opaque, with a thick brown head that leaves some lace on the glass as it falls.
Roasty malt sweetness fills my mouth, with pleasant molasses notes and hints of dark fruit. Solid bitterness balances the malt, leaving a bitter, but not dry, finish.
The body is full and creamy, but the alcohol heat is distracting.
Overall, it's a good beer, definitely drinkable, with some minor flaws. I'd like to see more richness of flavor to elevate it to the next level.

Had on tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a dark brown with a finger of tan head. Lacing lasts about a minute.
S: Big roasted malt aroma with some coffee notes and a little choclate
T: Big roasted malt flavor with hints of coffee and slight bitter chocolate. A mere whiff of acedic tartness there and small hop bitterness at the finish. This porter has a very crisp and clean taste.
M: Light-medium with good carbonation.
D: Would drink another
