I "enjoyed" this beer as part of their beer sampler while visiting the brewery for lunch.

Appearance: Always hard to grade while drinking from such a small glass, but it poured light gold in color that because of the glass didn't have any head to view.

Smell: Slight citrus was all I could detect.

Taste: Hint of banana and spices.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied and crisp with lots of carbonation.

Drinkability: This was the best beer of the bunch, which is shocking for me. If these beers had been done right, this most likely would have been my least favorite.

A - Clear copper hued brew with a small cap of white foam. A shade darker than the Laughing Ass lager. Not much lace.

S - Sour rotten apples, vinegar, sourdough bread. Bananas? Very, very odd.

T - Tastes a lot like a hefe. There are big time banana flavors, lemon, banana Laffy Taffy.

M - Light bodied and slightly oily with a very dry finish.

D - A nice drinkable brew! I'm not a huge amber/red fan, but this is the most quaffable brew at this joint.

Nice stab at a Vienna Lager, similar but superior to Dos Equis. Pours a clear light gold with outstanding carbonation streams but little to no head. Aroma is semi-sweet malts, lightly toasted grains, and a hint of crisp hops. Flavor is mellow malts and grains but also has some wonderful spiciness in the finish. Aggressive carbonation creates a lively feel on a light to medium bodied beer. Very drinkable and quite nice. Expecting a Corona nock off. I was really impressed that this was actually a rather well brewed beer.
