I "enjoyed" this beer as part of their beer sampler while visiting the brewery for lunch.
Appearance: Always hard to grade while drinking from such a small glass, but it poured a light brown that because of the glass didn't have any head to view.
Smell: Not much going on, but a small hint of malt.
Taste: Sweet with a hint of hops. Unfortunately, the aftertaste that accompanied all of the beers we tried ruined whatever good this beer had going on.
Mouthfeel: Light-medium bodied.
Drinkability: Again, not much going on here. I don't think I would order this again, given the option.

A - Light chocolate brown hue that looks slightly orange in the light and supports only a small collar of off-white foam.
S - Toasty caramel malt. some grassy hops. Not much there, really.
T - Toasty, caramel-y, and somewhat sweet with a nice hop balance. Again, very balanced and even...but a bit boring IMO.
M - Medium body with a nice firm feel that compliments the little hop touches nicely. The finish is off-dry.
D - Just about the best beer that I tried at Bricktown. It's still pretty boring, but at least it's really drinkable!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
