Undated bottle at 41 degrees into shaker
Aroma of grain and faint hops
Head large (5 cm, aggressive pour), off white, dense and creamy, very slooowly diminishing
Lacing fair – wide partial rings of tiny to medium bubbles
Body medium yellow, hazy. Haze stays as beer warms so not chill haze.
Flavor starts slightly sweet and ends slightly bitter. Hint of DMS. No alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate medium, watery, lively carbonation
Appearance 3.5, Aroma 3.5, Flavor 4, Palate 4, Overall 3.75

Poured from 22 oz bottle into nonic pint.
A: Light golden yellow with generous 3-4 finger soapy white head. Nice retention and lacing.
S: Cracker malts, light grassy hops, and a touch of honey.
T: Easy drinking pils. Blend of light cracker and bready malts mixed with a gentle honey sweetness.
M: Medium body and nicely carbonated. Finish is refreshing. Excellent for a hot summer day.
O: Very nice Pilsner. Enjoying it quite a bit.
