This is a crisp, clean kolsch, just as it should be. They've got a couple of different ones they've experimented with over the years, but stick to the basics, I say. I'd get one of these in the taproom when it's 100 degrees outside and just chill.

I tried this at the brewery. This beer pored a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had hints of grain and bread. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer.

Poured from the tap at the brewery into a tulip glass. The appearance is a clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma is faint hops. The taste is disappointing as a kolsch.

On tap at the brewery.
Full disclosure: I don't like Kölsch. Never have; never will. It's mostly watery lager-swill that should be gulped down from 20cL stanges on oppressively distressing or hot days.
BUT NOT THIS ONE. Perhaps my favorite example of the style to date. It's surprisingly robust, verging on malty, with a round sweet fruitiness before the nature of the style reclaims the palette. Recommended for others, even if there are 9 other beers on tap I'm liable to prefer first.
