Poured from a growler. I hope they don't mind a Yankee reviewing their beer
A: Deep dark mahogany with a half finger of mocha colored foam. Some lacing . recedes to a mocha ring
S: Roasted Malts, raisin, dark chocolate.
T: Dark Chocolate, prunes, coffe grinds
MF: this beer is 10% and they don't hide it. The booziness coupled with the rye makes it feel like it's barrel aged.
O: this is a tremendous stout. Reminds me of a jacked up version of Founders Imp Stout. A+ to Yellowhammer
