Poured from 32 oz crowler obtained at the brewery.
A: Clear brown with crimson red tint and 1 finger off-white head that settles quickly to a thin ring. Almost zero lacing.
S: Light bourbon, cherries, and sweet caramel.
T: Slightly tart cherry mixed with faint bourbon and a subtle sweetness.
M: Very light mouthfeel for the ABV. Alcohol very well hidden.
O: Tasty enough, but this is no barleywine. Not sure what to do with this one…
