Robust carbonation bubbles blast through a light gold colored body and create a thick, rocky, creamy white head; lots of sticky lacing left on the glass. Grassy, spicy aroma; some fruity esters; light pear and apple scents; faint cereal grain notes. Mild and toasty grain flavors slowly give way to a crisp hop bitterness. Light to medium body; soft and smooth; powdery; mostly dry finish.
Well-balanced with a nice subtle depth to the flavors and aroma. A most delicious experience...
