I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle tropical fruit peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink pineapple and apricot notes. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

The smell alone will knock you off your feet. The smell of the hops & citrus is so refreshing. The color is beautiful. I love it in an English pint glass as you can smell the waffle of citrus & hops!!!

12 oz can, canned on 1/13/20. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a small white head that quickly goes to a thin collar that laces the glass some.
The aroma is stinky ashy hops with a little fruit.
The flavor is sweet caramel malt and tropical fruit with a resiny hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, a decent DIPA.

L: dark golden color
S: hints of grapefruit and hoppiness
T: a little bit of a delayed taste for me, the taste comes on after a second and builds....but stops short of what I would hope for. Tastes of slight citrus fruit
F: again..it doesn't crescendo for me.
O: definitely not bad, but definitely not outstanding. Run of the mill dipa

an dated 4/16/18. Poured into a snifter. Moderately hazy amber-orange color with a thick off-white head that lasted forever. Really nice. Not much aroma, surprisingly. Some citrus, faint earth tones, and caramel malt. Old-school bitterness up front on the taste. A good mix of orange citrus and pine, with hefty and slightly sweet malt. Medium bodied and slightly hot on the finish. Overall, a good DIPA but it doesn't stand out among many others.

12 oz. Can
Canned On: 03/08/18
BB: 08/08/18
ABV: 8.5%
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice clean/clear dark copper color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), piney. The taste is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), nice pineyness. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.
