Pint at the Glebe location. Was told this was dry-hopped with Goldings and on cask. From notes.
A - Same colour as the normal IPA, dark copper sorta colour. No carbonation, one finger of off white head. Good lace rings and not much retention.
S - Mildly floral, toffee.
T - Floral, yeasty like the regular version, some citrus, some spiciness, fruity.
M - Mild to medium carbonation, light body, not a bad bitterness, some grassiness to finish.
O/D - Something tells me that this wasn't on cask. The carbonation was stronger than it should've been, but it was still better than the regular IPA. Still meh, but not too great either.
