Handsome amber brew with a decent white foam in the small nonic. Slight flowery fragrance.

Mellow malty flavor with a resiny tang and some sharpness on the tongue. Some of the browned biscuit flavor. Hops area little shy but blend well and leave a biter snap at the finish.

A very pleasant quaff with a gentle hoppy nip. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Beer Revolution in Oakland. Label says this version is 5% ABV.

Off the tap at the brewery. One finger of head with a few bubbles floating up through the clear straw colored body. The aroma is a sharp grain smell. The taste was also sharp lemon bitterness, like a German pils. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. I really enjoyed the pilsner-ishness of it. Prefect for the warmer days.
