Passed through Louisana and had to make a point to check out this brewery. This particular beer definitely met expectations. Taste is in line with the name of the beer and all three flavor profiles are evident (cocao, vanilla & strawberry). Nicely carbinated, no disappointing after-tastes, and holds up well as it aligns w/ room temps.

Very nice beer, you get a lot of chocolate on the first taste and as it warms you begin to taste the strawberry and vanilla. Can be a little thin if you let it sit too long imo.

750 ml bottle. Poured into Parish Tulip.
A- Pitch black with a thick tan head.
S- Everything you could hope for. Chocolate, vanilla, and faint strawberry.
T- I really do want to pour this over ice cream. Perfectly done Parish.
M- Medium mouthfeel and kind of slick.
D- Such a great beer from one of my favorite breweries.

750 ml bottle. Pours near black with thick brown head, fades slowly to a thin layer that lasts awhile. Terrific aroma of roasted chocolate, vanilla notes and a little sweetness. The taste is similar. Chocolate and vanilla and a touch of fruit, hence the name. When it warms the flavors work really well together into a thick full mouthfeel. Didn't know what to expect from this brew and loved it, can't say I'm surprised though. Parish continues to impress.

On tap at the Parish Tap Room, poured a beautiful brown head that disappeared quickly with some lacing. Nice aroma, mostly of chocolate roast . Heavy, creamy fantastic mouth feel. Definitely getting more chocolate and vanilla in the taste with a little strawberry that lingers. Very solid sweet stout
