12 oz single bottle, dated 9/1/20, into Crooked Stave Willie.
Has a juicy peach color with a thin wispy ring of head.
Aroma of mango and the red center of a peach, which is coming off quite metallic but I know those lines can get crossed. Slight lime or passion fruit as well.
Flavor is really really sour cling peaches, really sour mango, puckering, the flavor is there but it's so sour it's undrinkable.
Feel is semi-creamy, buzzing, doesn't matter.
Overall this was easily the worst beer I've had from Parish. I don't know what batch the other reviewers had, but the beer from this batch was the most sour thing I've ever had in beer form. Literally undrinkable. More sour than anything Destihl has put out and that's hard to do.
Price paid : $2.99 / bottle
Would buy again : no

A: The beer is quite hazy yellow in color and seems to have a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pink guava are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of mango and hints of peach.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is hardly sour at all and very easy to drink.
Serving type: can

bottled beer bought at local store
L: Pours out a honey lemon, bright yellow. opaque and hazy, this pour out pretty smoothly with minimal bubbling and no head. Attractive and almost obscenely showy as a lemony sour beer.
S: Not intensely scented. A mild guava over the berliner style scent of slightly bready and woody sour.
T: Surprisingly great flavor. Very fruity. Guava and blood orange. The sweet fruits are present but it also has a bright sour note. Totally balanced out with a lot of great notes hitting across the palatte.
F: Light and bright. Lively up front with a great sour flavor. The finish is fruity and smooth. The is a great summer beer that is inviting to return to.
O: Love it. Great easy drink and deeply flavorful at the same time. complex character paired with an easy sip is a rare combo. This is somehow very fruity and yet not over sweet. Sour but not overpowering. well done in many ways.

12 fl oz clear glass bottle with a pry-off crown cap served cold into a shaker pint glass. 4 pack ran me ~$11 USD at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.
"Berliner style beer with mango, peach, guava, and blood orange." "Made with 100% real fruit." 4.8% ABV.
Marries mellow tang with blood orange citrus. The remaining fruits are present but more subdued, though the mango comes off more potent than the comparatively restrained peach and guava. Lactic acid runs throughout, but it's not too acidic. Actually, its sourness is pretty mild...maybe a 2-3/10 in terms of intensity.
Balanced but not fruity enough in my opinion...more blood orange and more acidity would help take it up a notch.
Malt backbone is all 2-row and wheat.
Leaves something to be desired in terms of smacky acidity and lactobacillus sourness, but it's a competent Berliner weisse with a novel fruit-driven flavour profile and I'm glad I nabbed a 4 pack. Rather drinkable in the Summer heat.

I like the bottle artwork, it has an alluring design. The pour is orange. The taste is sour upfront & I guess after a few months of being in the clear glass bottle the flavors from the tropical fruits have intermingled with each other quite well because they all have come together cohesively. In addition to, i'm picking up mostly mango & guava in the taste. The flavor of this beer sort of reminds me of Sunny Delight orange juice. Oh well, at least now I can say that I've had a beer that was made with mango, peach, guava, & blood orange. Cheers! B
