We used to sing about doing shots at the club, but now it's sips at the beer bar. As we mature, the flavors for more grown up tastebuds only increase. Luckily Parish rushes in with a candied, sweet-tart ale to bring our discerning palates along.
Pouring cloudy purple, dark lavender and mauve, Two Fingers Blue sells it's blueberry influence strongly to the eye while it's scent follows suit with a burst of dark berry, citrus, light bread and wine must. It's sweetness saturates the early palate with squeezebox berry flavor wrapped in sourdough and cereal. Lemony tartness brings the sweetness to balance while a slight tannic character finishes off the session nearly winey.
Medium bodied and perhaps fuller for sour ale, this kettle soured ale is a far cry from anything Berlinerweiss in nature but is an elevated alcoholic caprisun.

Pours a deep purple in color like grape juice. Nose is blueberry for sure. Taste is blueberry with a tarness and flavor of lemons. Definite fizz going down the pipe.

12oz can at share. Blue pour, fizzy blueish head. Aroma and taste are mostly blueberry, sweet and fruity, candy notes. Mild tartness, but refreshing. Blue beer gimmick
