Our first collab with Other Half is super fat and dank, but somehow calm, composed and refreshing. Heavy doses of Nelson, Wai-iti, Waimea, and Pacific Jade in the dry-hop shows nuanced flavors new to our noses. Crazy notes of tropical skittles, lemon lime pie, basil syrup, and pineapple.

Canned on 04/18/19. Best label art ever.
Nice opaque golden pour, definitely that signature epic Parish coloration. Not much of any rising head, but some residual froth that rings the beer as it settles.
The nose on this is great, loaded with sweet tropical fruits; mango sorbet, overripe pineapple, clementine... all combining for a perfect balance of fruity goodness. Hardly getting any hop presence at all in the aroma profile.
Stark contrast from the nose, but in a great way. A re-emergence of pineapple as well as stone fruit, but with a huge hop influence on the palate. With such a unique lineup of hops, a unique flavor experience was to be expected. Notes of pine needles and a bitter herbal quality ring true, with a lime zest following closely that works well to cut through that lingering bitterness. Unique and tasty, but be prepared for some serious IBU.
Good weight to the beer, with a sharp carbonation that compliments the hop bitterness, but at the same time wishing this was just a tad softer. Smooth, slightly numbing finish.
