Cloudy, pale golden, some sediments and a barely off white head that dissipates fairly quickly with only some very minor blotchy lacing left behind. Nose is good, sour smell is muted and passionfruit/melon notes are present. Flavor is good too, I can’t help but compare this to the other SIPSs. This one doesn’t present much of a grape flavor where the others do nor is there much of a nice malty undertone. In this case the passionfruit is all out, strong and totally in the front… and the back. Nothing wrong with it, just less complex than the others. Average feel. Like the other SIPSs though I like it a lot and would love to drink more.

Canned 8/19/22
I’ve only had 1 Parish beer before but I dig them. This one sounds like an interesting combination of fruit for a Kettle Sour, more something you’d see in a spontaneous Wild Ale. Hopefully this has some deeper characteristics. Let’s crack it open and find out
Pours an opaque orange gold with a finger of off white head that fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing
The nose isn't very tart and seems to be led by the passionfruit, which isn't bad but wasn't what I was expecting. I'm picking up on aromas of tart passionfruit, tangerine zest, lemon candy, bready malt, tannic white wine, hay, and light honey
In taste it takes a much stranger turn, feeling quite sweet. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting white grape, sweet orange, bready malt, honey, pineapple juice, and light passionfruit. The swallow brings notes of white grape juice, pineapple juice, doughy malt, orange zest, light passionfruit, and wheat
A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a sharp and slick beer. Finishes quite sticky, leaving a film in the mouth with every sip
This one is really strange and not in a good way. Just so overly sweet for the style and kinda hard to drink. Not the worst thing ever but probably worth avoiding if you like any amount of bite to the style
