On tap at Parish while tasting their IPAs and SIPS. Ghost in the machine is one of my favorite beers, tasting side by side I enjoyed this one significantly more. It had more interesting and varied flavors, richer, more savory and just as hoppy. They were sold out of bottles, I should have never left!
Color and clarity were like an Arnold Palmer.
The look and feel were less than a 5, I've seen and felt more interesting beers, and the taste was so much more than a 5, so I averaged them up!
From the menu: Bold + juicy single hop DIPA brewed in collaboration with Cascade Cup-winning B & D Farms in St. Paul, Oregon (single-origin Cascade hops, hand-selected from the beer's namesake's farm, grown in a field on French Prairie Road)
