If you thought our IPAs couldn’t get any juicier, you’ve got another thing coming. With one part innovation and one part rebelliousness, Vermillionaire is drenched in new-school tropical hop flavor. A thick DIPA base of 8% ABV is dripping in heavy additions of Citra, Citra Spectrum, Strata CGX, and Citra Terpenes.

This was another beer that I ordered late last year on Tavour, as I have enjoyed my previous offerings from Parish that I've reviewed on here. Indeed, this was on par with those as was balanced, juicy, and enjoyable without being anything quite like what I've had before. Indeed, this was unique and full of Citra, should that be your thing!
Turbid in hue, this had the look to melon to it although there were other flavors to be had in the aroma and taste. A ton of soapy suds topped this off as the lacing left behind was thick, layered, and quite extensive. Lots of orange, lime, cantaloupe, and aforementioned melon were in the nose as the taste closely followed suit. A ton of citrus, stone fruit, wheat, and dank hops were in the taste as this left a wet, dewy, and swampy aftertaste that left me wanting more. Quite heavy for this style, there was a lot to like here with this being the argument for a Citra-forward beer that had multiple varieties in it.
No need to reiterate that this was sufficiently strong, although it didn't feel any more potent than it was in actuality. Canned on 10/27, this held up well over the last 5 1/2 months as there wasn't any sediment to be seen in the liquid. While there weren't many hops in this, what was present was utilized to it's fullest potential. If you want a full-bodied beer with plenty of fruit, juice, subtle bitterness, and a clean finished reminiscent of a morning pine forest in the back, then seek this out; as you won't be disappointed in this solid offering from Parish!

Pours milky, pale gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is grapefruit and citrus hops. Medium body and carbonation, slightly bitter. A slightly above average neipa. The least appealing of the Parish ipas I have had. Certainly prefer others.

Pours a hazy yellow. Smells of grapefruit and some other tropical/ citrus fruits. The taste is grapefruit and well followed by some toasted malts. Leans toward the sweeter side of IPAs. Medium bodied and smooth.

From Brewvana 12 days of Christmas. Canned October 27th 2022.
It pours a hazy dark yellow with an inch of foam and very good lacing.
I get lots of juicy grapefruit and tropical fruit in the smell. With tropical fruit comes the dank but that seems to be on the milder side. Because it's a double/Imperial?
Juicy grapefruit up front with a mild sweetness, dank notes from the tropical fruit, toasted or cracker malt.
I am liking this muchly.
Very good mouthfeel.
Hey, here's a NEIPA that I dig.

A Tavour Treat. Pours a n orange juice color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is grapefuit and orange. Taste is slightly bitter grapefuit and sweet citrus fruits. Smooth and creamy. Enjoyable!

This should be labeled as a New England Style Double IPA. This is an excellent juicy Citra Bomb! A few of the reviews are very misguided by rating ths anything but an Outstanding DIPA! Parish Brewing does an excellent job and this is no disappointment. Highly recommended hop candy! Love it!
