Parish Brewing Oktoberfest presents with a rich hazy bronze beneath a moderate beige head. Subtle cinnamon nose. Tart citrus flavors from the get go, are most appealing. Certainly non bitter plus a rapid carbonation release, and decent warming from 5.4% ABV. Mouthfeel includes this fizzy wetness similar to Belgian brews. Sweat tasting, easy going down, makes this a keeper brew. Wet finish.

Clear amber pour with a shortlived off-white head. Smells of caramel malt, acorn, and toast. Taste adds slight buttery tones, odd. Feel is malty the whole way, emblematic of this whole beer, there is no diversity or nuance. Needs tweaking

From the small can, it pours a slightly hazy coppery amber color with a nice light tan head that diminishes to a thin layer and ring. The nose gets some grassy, followed by the mouth getting some nondescript light malt and an ever so slightly sour aftertaste.

I hope I got a bad batch. Canned 8/19/25. 1st can was surprisingly sour. I had to check to make sure it wasn't a sour. 2nd pour was same. Nice deep amber, not much carbonation or head, and just as sour. Off putting but I won't throw out. I'll just drink it as a sour and hope they do better next year.

The pour is a dark copper color with a moderate amount of carbonation. The taste is brown bread, caramel, grains, along with some hints of raisin, & sourness. I was not too pleased with this Oktoberfest style beer but I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt since this is a new beer that this brewery started brewing. Cheers! C

L-Cloudy deep copper color.
A-Sweet caramel bread...a light spicy impression
T-Sour caramel apple sums it up...
F-Medium bodied.
O_The aroma was promising but the taste is off. Poorly executed. I hope this was just a bad batch but even then it never should have made it to market.

Poured a dark, copper body that is semi-dense and has no head. Mild aroma of earthy hops, and beer itself is slightly sticky with a medium body that is more malty than earthy hops and has a decent finish.

12 ounce can - Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
CANNED ON 08/05/25.
Appearance: Pours a less-than-clear, darkish orange-red body with a slim, whitish head.
Smell: Moderately malty with a straight-ahead, crisp, gently toasted bread crust kinda vibe. Fairly clean yeast presence, very subtly earthy hops.
Taste: A moderately bready, lightly toasty maltiness with a light, pleasant sweetness. Faintly earthy, herbal hops with limited hop bitterness. Finishes fairly clean with the sweetish rich maltiness steadily receding.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, it has a sound levity to it, bodywise. Medium carbonation.
Overall: After a somewhat displeasing Marzen, it's nice to wrap things up with an enjoyable Marzen.

Parish Oktoberfest has a thick, beige head and a clear, copper appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of medium-toasted white bread. The flavor is similar, with low bitterness and measured sweetness. Parish Oktoberfest has a medium body and a dry finish.
