Continuing our celebration of a decade of Ghost in the Machine, we are pumped to bring you one of our favorite past DIPA collabs, this time brewed right here in the Louisiana swamp (instead of the Florida one). Along with our very good amigos at Tripping Animals @trippinganimalsbrewing, we present to you: Animals in the Machine, a thick and fluffy hazy DIPA that highlights the use of modern hop innovations like dosing only Citra Incognito in the kettle and double-dry hopping with Citra Cryo on the cold side. It’s a jungle of tropical lupulin aromas and a wild safari of intense hop flavor, which both of us breweries love most in our hazies.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, silky white head, rings of lacing. Biscuity aroma, fruity notes, pears. Taste comes in velvety smooth, sweet, bready and a melange of fruit flavors. A tiny bit of zip at the finish. This was over the top tasty and way too easy to drink for a DIPA.
