Our Imperial Stout base luxuriated for 41 months in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels, where it absorbed the rich, decadent notes of caramel and vanilla. Morii 5 then spent 4 months in a 1792 15-year barrel laced with smoked Peruvian vanilla beans to impart hints of Andean charm. Finally, it matured for 3 months in an Amaro barrel atop another round of smoked Peruvian vanilla beans, bestowing a velvety complexity and a delightful infusion of herbal sweetness.
