Pineapple Mochi is here! Our tropical twist on the fan-favorite Mochi series captures the sunny sweetness of fresh pineapple in a smooth and creamy Berliner. Brewed with rice flakes and lactose for that signature mochi-inspired body, then finished with fresh pineapple purée and Madagascar vanilla for a luscious balance of tart, sweet, and creamy.
Each sip is like biting into pineapple mochi ice cream on a perfect summer day—light, crushable, and undeniably tropical.

Fruit in beer has a long history of agreement, execution and brewing prowess. Parish embraces the generous use of pineapple and mochi in a berliner-style ale.
Pineapple Mochi hits the glass with a cloudy lemony yellow pour while floating a terse white froth. As the tangy scent of tropical fruit is decorated with citrus, cider and wine, it's the pineapple that reigns supreme. Suggestions of sourdough, sugar cookie and pastry tart brings a cereal maltiness to the early palate while a quick followup of candied pineapple soon follow. Smoothie-like in its playful fusion of pineapple, acidity and creaminess, the ale is much more of a smoothie sour ale than berlinerweiss. Finishing sweet and lightly tart, a linger of sugars outlasts any acidity dryness or refreshment.
Fuller for sour ale, there's really no semblance to berliner-style sour ale and anything mochi-like is lost on the palate.

Pours the color of pineapple juice (so surprised). This white head that fades quickly. Nose reveals a strong scent of lactose sweetness. Taste is very sweet, pineapple with lots of lactose. Could easily be frozen for a summer treat.
