This was about as okay as okay can be...

I was really expecting something very fruitful, very juicy, and even a bit of bitterness with hops - well...it was all there but very, very muted. At least it looked great and was light on carbonation.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a lightly hazed pinkish color with a small one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades very fast, leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma of the brew is light overall with some hints of papaya and wheat. Along with these aromas comes some light smells of grass and a bit of melon.
Taste – The taste begins with a nice wheaty bread taste that has a god presence of papaya. As the taste advances the papaya grows stronger and stronger while the wheat mellows just a tad. Toward the end of the taste some light grass and hay come to the tongue and leave one with a nice fruity wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the thinner and crisper side with a carbonation level that is high. For the wheat and the papaya, the feel is fantastic and makes for a refreshing easy drinker.
Overall – A very refreshing and easy drinking brew overall. A nice summer time beer.

Contract brewed by Brew Bus Brewing, Tampa, FL
$2.29 @ Knightly Spirits O.B.T., Orlando, FL

Look: Hazy pinkish body with an orange sheen beneath a short-lived head of white foam.

Smell: Fruity, floral, and lightly mineralish. A little bit like a Flintstones vitamin.

Taste: Lightly sweet and fruity with notes of strawberry and apple. Wheat malt flavor is apparent. Moderately bitter leaving a drip of sweet malt to fade in the finish before becoming dry.

Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.

Overall: An interesting and enjoyable beer that's a little bit on the sweet side but not by much. Charming.
