100 Hues, a rainbow sherbet Berliner Weisse pours a beautiful transparent red with a light purple tint. Bold raspberry aromatics are followed by a fruity aroma with a hint of vanilla. A marriage of fruits lend a gorgeous brightness to this tart and tangy sour beer with an undercurrent of vanilla. The addition of lactose creates a medium body and creamy mouth feel. This thirst-quenching kettle soured beer is brewed with German Pilsner malts, our house blend of lactobacillus cultures, Madagascar vanilla, real raspberries, oranges, and limes.
