On-tap at the source. This is, by far, the most enjoyable beer in the CS lineup as yet. It pours a beautiful tawny copper hue, and is capped with a fair amount of off-white froth; good-looking. The nose offers some green-piney hoppiness, some toasty malt, and an overall earthy tone. The flavor is right there with it, but it really shows some crisp minerality as well. The drinkability and balance of this particular beer is quite superb; I look forward to its wide release, as it is, to me, likely the most everyday-drinkable beer produced in the Tampa area, giving CCBs Maduro and DBs Celtic Gold a serious run for their money...
