Brewed as a Gose inspired style. Apple juice, Galangal Root and pink Himalayan sea salt. Refreshing and almost champagne like beer. A traditional sour mash with some not so traditional ingredients. We hope you enjoy a celebratory creation that we offer for the curious palate.

Aroma is apples, wheat and a hint of lavender. The flavor is wheat, apples, citrus, mild salt and a mix of tart and lingering sugar/sweetness in the finish.

Bottle.
A: Slight apple aroma, along with a moderately light sourness and saltiness.
A: Light orange color, with a golden hue, totally clear, with a moderate white uniform head with adequate retention.
T: Light apple tartness, crisp, with a moderately light lingering sourness, coupled with a light saltiness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer loosely resembles a gose and has pretty atypical ingredients. The beer is a little stronger, than most goses, due to the apple juice, which worked well enough to create tart, crisp properties.

Light gold with a thick off-white head that lasted awhile, leaving dots and streaks of lacing.
Salty sweet on the nose and palate. A little floral. Slightly pungent from the Galangal root.
Lower carbonation with medium mouthfeel. An interesting combination of ingredients. Tasty and refreshing.
