Poured almost black with a thin tan head.
Tasted the malt and fake graham cracker-vanilla up front that took me by surprise and didn't care for. There was a little coffee in there but seemed thin for an imperial.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours jet black with nice light brown head.
Nose is very S'More heavy! Lots of graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate. It's eerie how much this smells like one! Vanilla ice cream, maraschino cherries, and vanilla. Really gorgeous nose.
The taste, to me, is very different than the nose. It's sweet, but the taste is where the roasted malts and bitter wood notes come out. An almost odd cherry sweetness doesn't seem to mix perfectly with the smoky burnt flavors. However, it is still really nice. It does round out the whole campfire experience! A bit of nuttiness. Dark chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla, and a slight kiss of soy sauce.
Mouthfeel and overall: The mouthfeel is medium bodied. Not quite as thick as other imperial stouts, but a really nice mouthfeel. Overall, definitely worth giving this a try! Really nice campfire-inspired beer.

Stout with graham crackers and molasses. 11%.
A: An almost espresso like oily dark pour is rich with some milky chocolate outlines. Dark peanut shell toned head is soft and cushy atop, well lasting at one inch. Good rush of carbonation beneath.
S: Smoky roasted caramel, peanuts and vanilla. Roasty coffee along with cinnamon spicing and graham cracker malting really comes off like a s'more. Good strength overall, soft wet ash and marshmallow concludes.
T: Dark rich and vibrant soot and roasty oily espresso tones. Bitter charred woodiness and burnt molasses. Big flair, along with some vanilla and burnt chocolate. Some dark fruit enters the picture, burnt currant and smoky roasted barley. Graham cracker and burnt marshmallow concludes for that smores campfire minerality impression.
M: Oily and milky texture, light with little carbonation. Smooth turning frothy with a mouthcoating leave of wet soot and ash minerality.
O: Big, roasty and bitter best describes this, A campfire experience, lots of espresso roastiness along with vanilla, graham crackers and burnt marshmallow is like sitting around the campfire with coffee and s'mores enjoying this smooth 11% beast that is well tamed in the alcohol department. Great drinkability and after feel.
