On tap at the RBSG 2012 Grand Tasting. Pale straw color with a white head. Lovely mild tart flavor, obvious rice influence but a nice floral peachy fruitiness fills it out. Very refreshing. NOTE: This is a different beer than the 'Mild Wild' version. This beer is the base beer for Mild Wild, which is a dark berliner weisse with sinamar.
