Kind of a green and woody taste with plenty of malt. Slightly hazed amber in the pint glass. Feels like quite a mouthful, definitely not the crisp sparkler. Rich and full of fruity and malty notes. Flowery, almost perfumey flavors. Nose of cereal and more flowers. Drinkable, refreshing, modest hops give a nice edge. A quality home brew sort of taste.
No clue as to ABV or actual style as the staff at the Blue Heron on the Fourth of July weekend couldn't provide any information about anything. But it seems to be an ale rather than a lager, and fits the usual "golden ale" profile of American Blonde.
