Rather thick mouthfeel, malty but not exactly sweet. Hops are more restrained than many Pilseners. It's not exactly an American Blonde, but rather maltier than most lager styles. Not much aroma but the flavors are full of barley. Nice crisp beer and the hops add a friskiness but not a huge bitterness. Rather fruity, warm flavor.
Quite drinkable, clean, and well-made. This is an interesting brewery that seems to have a mellow, less hop-centric style and it's nice to taste some maltier variations on the usual themes.
